WENDY ROBERTS
Wendy Roberts is the visionary and CEO of NorthStar Strategic Partners, Inc. The first thing she will tell you is that she is left-handed. Why is this important? Because Wendy will always approach things with out-of-box, solution-oriented, non-cookie cutter innovation.
She leads our company of business consulting firm professionals that way, and she will influence yours that way as well. She has a vast record of driving powerful business consulting firm strategies using emerging technologies including data analytics, AI, cybersecurity and GRC solutions.
As an accomplished global business valuation and finance executive, audit committee member, and business advisor Wendy has over 25+ years in financial and audit leadership, operations expertise, and technology innovation experience for both SMB and multinational companies. As a corporate finance executive, she delivered relevant expertise in corporate strategy, risk management, financial reporting, M&A, IT operations, audit/SOX reporting and system implementations. She has acted as the CFO for various startups including an early-stage software company successfully selling it to a large publicly traded company. She spent many years in the public accounting area delivering solid results for her customers in accounting, audit, tax and IT systems.
She has held the CIA, CISA and CCSA designations and MCSE in IT systems engineering. Wendy is currently serving on the Audit Committee of The Tech Interactive, a world leader in the creation of immersive STEAM education resources to develop the next generation of problem solvers.
Marie Shiela “Shy” Sayno
With an extensive background in business processes for the banking industry, Shy is an enormous resource for NorthStar Strategic Partners’ customers as one of our featured consultants in our business consulting firm. Specializing in data analytics, processes, and operations, Shy works with customers on their internal processes and graphically demonstrates solutions through strategic flowcharts and automations.
Shy has a degree in computer science from De La Salle University and is currently a scholar in the project SPARTA (Smarter Philippines through Data Analytics, R&D, Training, and Adoption) program.
Catie Cain
Catie is brilliant in business analysis, is a consultant and marketer, and always ready on the front lines to support our NorthStar Strategic Partners customers and help them achieve greatness. She graduated from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science. She has racked up personal, business, accounting and marketing strategy consulting accomplishments ever since including running an agri-business and becoming a mom.
She is a Blue Diamond co-op almond member and grower. She is also a payroll and bookkeeping expert for multiple agricultural and non-agricultural businesses.
Carol Johnston
Carol joined NorthStar Strategic Partners during the country’s recovery from pandemic shutdowns, bringing outstanding benefits to customers needing the best business consulting firm available. With over 18 years as a banking industry expert, Carol has also specialized in distribution and trucking management. She is also the recipient of both financial occupational and merchandising certificates.
Mae Sampang
Starting her career at UCPB, Mae is a talented consulting member of the NorthStar Strategic Partners team with specialization in accounting. With her accounting degree, she has specialized in many tools and systems that can apply productively for our customers. She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, as well as being proficient with Buildum and AppFolio applications. Her professional expertise spans bookkeeping, financial record management, administration management, customer support service processes and social media marketing. As part of the business consulting firm team, Mae contributes invaluable insights into financial processes.
Malorie Stevens
Malorie is a valued member of the NorthStar financial systems and operational specialist team. With a degree in general business, Malorie furthered her education with the completion of an inventory and production advanced training curriculum. She has brought financial system support, consultation and aid to a variety of businesses including medical device manufacturing, trucking and construction. She has contributed to their success by elevating their operations, bookkeeping, financial systems and human resource processes.
Nancy Bozzo
Nancy is one of NorthStar Strategic Partners experts with 35 years of industry experience. With an extensive accounting firm background, Nancy has career experience in operations, financial metrics, financial forecasting, and people management. Nancy is a trusted NorthStar Strategic Partners team leader, office manager and consults with customers specifically in need of management, operations, bookkeeping and accounting expertise.
Robert Watson
As a NorthStar Strategic Partners marketing, operational excellence and team enhancement consultant, Robert brings years of business consulting firm experience working for billion-dollar companies, helping them grow and become attractive acquisitions. He was the top branding, public relations, marketing and corporate communications officer for two multi-billion dollar per annum publicly held corporations. After each was lucratively bought by bigger entities, he designed, implemented and drove training programs and online interactive video programs for four billion-plus organizations, exceeding all departmental corporate goals and expectations. He has worked with supply chain driven organizations on their operational excellence initiatives as well as heading strategic communications and marketing initiatives. He is an accomplished public speaker, executive editor, writer and columnist with work featured on Huffington Post, Forbes.com, Parents.com, The Good Men Project, The Next Family Magazine, and others.
